My name is Jeff Davis and I am a Christian Conservative Republican. My family and I attend the San Angelo Cowboy Church. I am married and have two wonderful daughters.
I am a retired San Angelo Policeman and hold a current Master Police Officer license. I entered the Law Enforcement community in 1985 in San Angelo, Texas and retired in 2007 as a detective in the Narcotic Division. I then went to work for the Department of Air Force as a civilian Police Officer for over three years. During my tenure with the military police I learned numerous tactics and ideas that would be useful in the civilian police community. I knew at that time that I needed to gain experience in the mainstream work environment as well, so I entered the oil and gas industry and then the communication industry.
While working in these industries I learned everything from Human Resource Management, Emergency Response, etc. and supervised as many as 150 employees. I then chose to open my own oilfield construction business with a partner, and still continue to operate that business today.
I have the experience to meet the challenges of today’s law enforcement as well as good sound ideas to protect our future from the violence and crime that faces us in the future.
If elected your new Chief of Police, I will strive to continue the pursuit of excellence in all that I do.
I will be on the job each and every day to make your life, and your family’s life, the best that it can be.
We can get this job accomplished with your vote.
Thank you, and please remember to vote May 7th for a positive change in San Angelo.
